  • The Parallel twin screw extruder is newly developed with advanced technologies, enhancing UPVC pipe extrusion by increasing drive torque and offering innovative solutions for plasticizing. This includes self-regulating screw thermoregulation, a sealed water cooling system, vacuum scavenging system, and precise melt pressure control.
  • The complete extrusion line includes:

       Main Extruder: For efficient and consistent extrusion.

       Vacuum Spray Cooling Tank: Ensures optimal cooling and solidification.

       Haul-off Machine: Provides steady pulling of the extruded pipe.

       Automatic Traveling Saw: For precise cutting to desired lengths.

       Automatic Belling Machine (or Down Table): For final shaping and preparation.
