Applications & Working Principle

This lamination system uses hot-melt adhesive technology to bond PVC film firmly to substrates under heat and pressure. The laminated surface is smooth, wear-resistant, moisture-proof, and UV-resistant. Unlike solvent-based glues, hot-melt lamination eliminates drying time, avoids glue stains and overspray, and enables immediate downstream processing. It is suitable for substrates such as wood boards, metal, plastics, and composites, while also enhancing appearance with wood grain or colorful patterns.
